I figure it out, for other who download these:

the first file(001) can be opened with winrar, however, winrar is unable to see the other/s (002, 003...). The trick is that an external spliter was used (in stead of the splitting capabilities of winrar) so, a big rar was created and:
freebyte com /hjsplit/

was used to split the big rar file. That is why winrar was able to open the first file but not continue into the other one.
I hope this helps the next person who downloads this games.
