1. First open up task manager by pressing "Ctrl + ALt + Delete"
2. Go to "Shutdown"
3. Click on "Turn Off" while holding "Ctrl"

once you get a hang of it, it will only take few seconds to turn your computer off without harming it.

I made a utility to shut down the system in lest then 1 second all you have to do is double click it and it will kill all the process and kick you out of the system I can e-mail you if you like I made 2 one for restart system one to shut down completely...

yes I can I have to ways to do that I didn't know if the rules allow us to post a rapidshare link or not that is why I said I will e-mail you guys. her is the other way I will post the command line here and all the user has to do is copy and past it on a notepad and save file as .bat extention. that will be easy or I can upload it to rapid share and you guys can download it.....

I do all my programming thing at work and tomorrow I will post that....

OK guys here is the the command to restart or shutdown your XP in 0 second...

Instruction:::

simply just copy this line and paste it in Notepad and save the file as restart.bat

C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe -r -f -t 0

copy it exactly as it is written and the icon will show up and don't double click it unless you want to otherwise it will force everything and reboot your system...

here is the Shut down:
C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe -s -f -t 0

do the same thing just save it as shudtown.bat

this will kill every processing and shut you down in 0 second...
