Red Beans in Hot Sauce

Ingredients:

1 onion roughly chopped
1 tomato roughly chopped
3-4 green chilies finally chopped
3-4 cloves garlic chopped
2tbsp oil
¼ tsp black pepper
1tsbp red chili crushed
3tbsp tomato paste
1 cup red beans boil
Salt

Method:

Fry garlic in oil a lil.
Add onion, tomato and green chilies. Mix.
Now add salt, black pepper and tomato paste, mix.
Include red chili after 2 minutes, mix and cover on slow flame for 5-7 minutes.

Serve with bread, chapatti or boil rice.

Garnish with cucumber
