DONUTS
dough:

maida - 4 cups
yeast - 1 1/2 tsp
sugar - 4 tbsp
butter - 200 gms ( room temp)
eggs - 2
milk - luke warm as required for kneading

dough tayyar kerlain jaisay pizza ka banta hai phir usko bail lain mota bailain almost 1/2 inch phir biscuit cutter se cut kerlain kabab ke size ke phir finger se center main hole kerlain aur aik tray main rakhte jain aur itni dare rakhain ke rise hojai (i think cover kerke with damp kitchen towel Rida ne kuch nahi kaha but this is exact way) phir slow flame pe deep fry karain takay ander se bhee pakjain aur brown hone pe nikal lain aur thanda hone dain aur glaze kerlain dono sauce se..aik side pe

chocolate sauce:

chocolate grated - 100 gms
cream - 2-3 tbsp
sugar - 2 tbsp

double boil kerlain for donut glaze.

white chocolate sauce:

white chocolate grated -
maida - 1 tbsp or 1 tsp use kersakte hain agar thin lagay
condensed milk -
