sci Nihari recipe

NIHARI RECIPE
1/2 kg chicken
1/2 cup ata (bhoonna hai itna k halka sa brown hojae)
1 sliced onion
1 tsp salt
4-6 longe
4-6 kali mirch
2 choti illaichi
2 bari illaichi
jaifal 1/2 tsp
javitri 1/2 tsp
sont 1 piece
heeng thori si
dar cheeni 2 pieces
lehsan adrak paste 2 tsp
saunf 1 tsp
zeera sabut 1tsp
dhaniya pwder 1tsp
lal mirch 1tsp
khash kaash 1 tsp (alag se bhoon kar pees lo)
oil 2 cup

choti bari illaichi,sont,heeng,kali mirch,long,saunf,zeera aur dar cheeni ko bhoon lein phir bowl mei nikal kar is mein add karein lal mirch pwder,dhaniya powder,salt n khashkaash dal kar mix karein aur phir isko chopper mei pees lein aur is masale ko ek jar mei save kar k rakh lein. ab is mein se 3tsp pakane mein kaam aaega n 2tsp bhagar k liye

acha 2 cup oil mei se pehle 1 cup oil le kar ek pateeli mein pehle ginger garlic paste ko halka sa fry kark is mein 3tsp masala pani k saath paste bana k add karein aur bhoone jub oil alag hojae tou chicken add kark bhoone jub ache se bhoon jae tou is mein 1 glass pani add kark dhak kar chicken gulne tak pakaein.thori der bad is mein ate ka pani k saath mixture bana k hulka hulka add karo ta k thick grvy bun jae.

1 cup oil mein pyaz ko pehle fry karlein jub fry hojae tou us mein 2tsp masala (jo peesa tha) wo add kark halka sa mix kia aur foran nihari pe dal dena hai phir dhak kar thori si dair tak pakne dein.
NIHARI tayyar...!!!!!!
GARNISH with lemon,adrak,hara dhaniya and podina
