Thumbs up Masala fried bhindi

MASALA FRIED BHINDI

ING 1:

1/2 kg lady finger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
pinch of mustard powder
1tbsp dhanya n safaid zeera powder
(2tbsp dhanya +1tbsp safaid zeera ko taway par bhoon kar mota mota piece lain)

METHOD:

bhindi ko kaatnay se pehlay dhoo lain ...then uskay ends kaat kar usmai saray masalay laga kar 1/2 hr k liyee rakh dien

ING 2:

1/2 cup oil
1 large size diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 pinch mustard powder
1tbsp bhuna hoa dhayna and cumin
1/2 tsp garam masala
1tsp crushed ginger
1 cup fried onion
2 green chillies
1tbsp lemon juice

METHOD:

Aik pan mai 1/2 cup oil daal kar usmai diced tomatoes dalien aur usko achii tarha bhoon kar usmai bhindi add kardien
then usmai red chilli powder,mustard powder,salt ,sabut dhanya and zeera daal dien
Thoree dair bhonnay k baad usmai garam masal aur adrak shamil kardien
1/2 anhour tak slow heat par cook karien
abb usmai lemon juice aur 2 baree hari mirch daal kar 5 mints slow heat par cook karien then fried onion mix kar k mazeed 5-10 mints cook karien ...bhindi jab soft see lagnay lagay tu usko dish out karlien ...mazadar bhindi tayyar hai
