mushroom cheese grilled sandwich
 Ingredients: Button mushrooms sliced Green chillies-2-3 sliced fine 2-3 sprig of spring onions chopped fine 1 tsp ginger garlic paste grated cheddar cheese white sauce salt,pepper to taste Bread Method: boil sliced mushrooms in water with a pinch of salt for 10 mins.drain n keep aside Fry spring onions till soft,add green chillies n mushrooms.Add ginger garlic paste n stir. Make thick white sauce and add grated cheese,salt n pepper.Mix in the fried mixture (thick consistency) Spread mixture in between 2 slices of bread & grill the sandwich. U CAN REPLACE MUSHROOM WITH SWEET CORN. HAPPY EATING

u r welcome. though i'm surprised guys like to see recipies. did u try it? i will post more stuff that i have made up...i love exprimenting with food n dont like sticking to recipies!!!
