Bengali Gravy Fish
Ingredients
Fish, Coconut milk, coconut crème, Ginger & garlic paste, white cumin, turmeric, red chilli, salt, curd, kastoori meethi, garam masala, meethi dana, cloves, cardamom ( bari ilaichi),onions, bay leaf
Method
Pour some oil in a pan, include bay leaf, meethi dana ½ tsp, white cumin ½ tsp, onions and let the onion be golden fry, and then take it out from from the pan.
Now blend coconut milk, ginger & garlic paste and golden brown onions. Include this in oil. Now add red chilli 2 tblsp, turmeric ½ tsp, salt 1 tsp, bari ilaichi (3-4), cloves in it. Add 4 tblsp of curd and fish and leave it for some time so that the fish can cook on a lower flame. After that add green chilli (4-5), garam masala 1 tsp, kastoori meethi 1 tsp and one packet of coconut crème in it.
Garlic Fried Rice
Ingredients
Garlic 1 clove complete, green chilli, green onions, black pepper, soya sauce, food color(yellow)
Method
Firstly add some salt in water and boil the rice completely and drain it.
Now fry garlic in some oil till golden brown, add green chilli (chopped), also add boiled rice, soya sauce 5 tblsp, black pepper 2 tsp, some green onions, and include yellow food color (according to taste). Mix the rice and serve.
