chicken karahi

chicken=1and a half kg approximately
garlic =6 or 7 cloves
tomatoes= half kg
salt=to taste
red chilli(ground)=2 tsp
white cumin seeds=1 tsp(roast ker k grind ker lain)
sabut dhaniya=1tsp ( roast ekr k grind ker lain)
yogurt=1 cup
kasuri meethi=2 tsp
black peppercrushed=1 tsp
garam masala=2 tsp
ginger=1 and a half inch piece cutted into julienne
green chillies=6 to 8(depending on ur taste)
coriander leaves= 1 cup(for garnishing)

heat butter in a wok add chicken pieces and fry,take out
the chicken pieces in a bowl.In the remaining oil add ginger(julian cutted), garlic cloves( julian cutted) and southe.
then add salt,red chilli crushed ,black pepper crushed and tomatoes( finely chopped) and bhoon well.then cover it for few mins
.thori dair baad fry kiya howa chicken aur yougurt daal k bhonay. phir roast aur grind kiya howa zeera and dhaniya powder,garam masala(1tsp),kasuri meethi(1tsp) daal dain aur dobara bhonay.then add green chilli and cover the lid
till chicken is tender and oil begins to seperate.Add kasuri meethi(1tsp),
garam masala(1tsp),ginger(julian cut) ,garlic(remainging cloves) cover the lid for dum.Garnish with
