Chullo Kabab
Ingredients
½ kg chicken minced
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili pwd ½ tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
White zeera pwd 1 tsp (white zeera ko bhoon ker pes len)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp each
Yellow food color 1 pinch
Chopped onion (like omellete) 1 no.
Green masala (1/2 cup podina , ½ cup dhaniya and 5 – 6 green chilli semi crush in the grinder with few drops of water)
Butter 1 ½ tbsp
Method
Mix all the above ingredients together. And let it marinate for atleast 2 to 3 hours in the fridge.
Form into kabab shape (moota seekh kabab shape around 4 – 5 inches long)
Shallow fry until light brown in color.
Note : u can use corn flour only if it is becoming difficult to bind. Otherwise avoid.
And if u r using minced meat or beef, add 1 tbsp papaya paste in it.
