Fried Chicken w/ creamy Sauce

8 Chicken breast filets
3-4 Garlic (sliced)
1 cup maida
1/2tsp crushed black pepper
1 1/2 tsp paprika pwd
1/2 tsp garlic salt OR regular salt
Mix the maida, & peppers, & roll the breast filets 2-3 times and in a grill pan add some olive oil (it looked like extra virgin olive oil) & shallow fry with sliced garlic until breast filets are nice golden brown.

2 Tbl maida
2 tbl butter
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 chicken cube
2 cups milk
- In a pan add butter, when it's a little hot add maida & stir to form a paste. When it's light golden add chicken cube, & pepper & stir in slowly 2 cups milk. Cook 5-7 minutes until thick & creamy.
Serve with Chicken.

Butter Rice-
Make plain boiled rice as usual, add 2 tbl of butter when Rice is on dum.
