aslamalikum ....koi mujy ye batai ga k mujy apny pc se apny mobile pe internet use karni he bluetooth k zariye,main ne pc suite download kiya he aur mob b connect kiya he per ye error arha he (check u dail up parameter)

for this purpose you need a Wi-Fi router in your house or in your area. this is the best option to use internet on your mobile as compare to bluetooth coz bluetooth wouldn't provide you such speed and range. But you still want to internet on your cell through bluetooth then uski connectivity settings dubara check karain.
even if you get wifi router, your cell phone needs to be wifi supported... old mobile devices does not support wifi.
