han na m kron ge bt kiase ye ap batooo ge apoissi nizam ko to badalne ki zzzarurat hay na attiya hamain marks k ilawa knowledge aur skill b improve karne hain wo practical akrne se hi hoga

coming to the point, Pakistan ka educational scenario thore ajeb ha..... students jin subjects to SCOPE samajh kr itna time laga k parhty han....
actully un subjects ki humari practical fields me itni demand hi nai hoti......ya esa kehna chahye k utni demand nai hoti jitni students ratio hoti ha......
(like MBA ko scope n bright future samajh kr parhne wale students aj jobless nai hoty)
main reason behind it, employers dont know k factories(yahan mera matlb factory se educational organizations han jahn students ki production hoti ha) me kitne log han jinki unko demand ha apne work force k tor per, or na hi factories ko pata hota ha k hum jo ak itni bari range me force tayar kr rahy han is ko utilise kahn krna ha........ main thing is there is no communication between uni n company......
huff meri itni lambi baat ka matlb ye ha k internship hi ha jo employers n employee ko ak table pe la sakti ha.....
Iske bht se faidon me 3 main faide han
1: demand n supply(jobs n education) harmoney
2: development of working managment
3: direct experiance of work fields

Agreed..! students ko Proper Guideline na milnay se un ka Talent and skills zaiya hotay hain..! woh aak lamba arsa aise study kertay rehtay hain Jis main wOh Fit nahi hOtay yah phir Jis ka Koi Bright Future na hOo..!
Internship k sath sath Students k liye aisa Guideline program bhi hOna chahiye Jis se unhain apni Field ko Chose kernay main help milay..! Unhain Pata chalay k un main Kon se Germs hain aur wOh kon se Filed k liye suitable hain..!
yeah students counseling bohat zaruri hay in fact har jaga par har insan k liey counseling zaruri hay!
time zaya hone se bach jata hay aur insan ko pta hota hay wo kia akr rha hay aur iska aage us k liye kai scope hay!

If i have a chance to renovate the education sys in Pak thn will trnsform the bookish study to practical & applied one....
