Dough
2 cups maida (white flour)
1 tbsp sugar (caster)
2 tsp baking pwd (leveled spoon)
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp yogurt
1 no. egg
Butter 3 tbsp
Milk for kneading (take around 1 cup but do not put all at once)

Put the butter in the maida and mix with hands it should take the form of the bread crumbs.
Now put sugar, baking pwd, salt, yogurt, egg and knead with the help of milk knead it with your palms and make it a little soft like u knead atta for rotti. Put in the fridge to rest for an hour before making the roti.

Purée (pizza Sauce):

1 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp tomatoe purree
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp black pepper pwd
½ tsp salt
1 tsp red chili pwd
2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
½ tsp oregano (Italian her)
Soya sauce 2 tbsp

Put olive oil in a pan. Add tomato purée, red chili pwd, black pepper pwd, brown sugar, tobacco sauce, soya sauce, salt and ,ix well add oregano and cook for only a minute or two. Not more than that.

Brush the pan with oil.

Dough ko achi tarha bail lo with the help of a little white flour. If you like thin crust make it thin otherwise make it thick according to the liking. (farah made with the thin crust).

Put the roti in the pan and put the first layer of pizza sauce.

Mix a packet of mozzarella cheese and a packet of cheddar cheese and shred it.

Put the cheese and bake for 4 – 5 minutes at 180 ` C

Toping:
Chicken pepperoni (can take bhunna hoa qeema instead)
20 no. olives sliced
1 can slice mushrooms
Baby tomatoes
Onion cut in ring
Capsicum cut in ring
Green part of the green onion (chopped)

On the semi baked pizza put pepperoni layer, then mushroom layer, then olives, then capsicum, then onion and at the end baby tomatoes. (you can use any sliced tomatoes instead of the baby tomatoes).
Cover it totally with cheese in the end

Put in the oven for 12 – 15 minutes at 180 ` C

When the pizza is ready sprinkle 2 pinch oregano on it and serve.
