Ingredients:

MILK: 1 LITRE
KHOYA: 1/2 KG
SUGER: 1/2 CUP
KHEWRA: 1 TSP
CONDENSED MILK: 1 TIN
CORN FLOUR: 1TBSP
ILAICHI PWDR: 1/4 TSP
Method:
BOIL MILK IN A PAN.
ADD SUGER AND LEAVE FOR 20 MINUTES,
ADD ILAICHI POWDER, CONDENSED MILK, AND KHOYA ALONG WITH SUGER AND MIX WELL,
TAKE HALF CUP MILK FROM THE SAME PAN AND ADD CORN FLOUR IN IT MIX WELL AND ADD IN THE PAN...
MIX WELL TILL THICK ADD KHEWRA AND POUR ON THE THALI (MATTI KA BARTAN) LEAVE TO COOL AND SERVE.
