assalamoalaikum....just a quick suggestion....idhar mostly members ne apne signature par apna interview thread post kiya hai...aur jab koi visit karta hai to thread closed hota hai...meri request hai ke threads ko open kiya jae..taake agar kisi member ko koi question ho uske intro ko leikar....to woh poch sake...itne bare interview ko shayad hi koi poora parhta hai....to quick answer ke lie thread open kiya jae.....

Interview threads ko aik week baad isi lie close kar dia jata ha coz wahan bohat jald off the topic batain shuru ho jati hain, so wo interview thread k bajaye aik TIME PASS thread ban jati ha, isi lie 1 week baad may close kar deti hon, takay agar kisi member ko kisi k baray may janna ho to wo direct member ka interview parhay..
Abhi b agar ham threads open kar dete hain tub b yei sab hoga, isi lie close he rehne dena better ha...
