boiled chickpeas = one cup
chopped onion =one small
chopped tomato= one small
ginger & garlic paste=one teaspoon
one small potato grated
cooking oil=4 tablespoon
salt=acording to taste
red chilli powder=as u want spicy
coriander powder=one tablespoon
white zeera =half teaspoon
water=3 cup
black pepper =1/2 teaspoon
turmeric powder=1/4 teaspoon
take a pan add oil and onion....
fry onion till golden then add ginger & garlic paste and add tomato with all spice salt,chilli,coriander powder,jeera,turmeric,
stire well till oil came out then add boiled chickpeas
fry for one minute and add potato with water and cover the pan..
cook in medium low flame till potato came soft with thick gravy
stire spoon after every 5 minute cooking time is 20 mint
now your dish is ready to serve garnish with green chilli and green coriander
(serves 2-3 persons)
