Assalam Walaikum every modes and admins maine yahan akey aik sub se bara issue dekha hai ke jab contest start hote hain toe un ki timming select ki jati hain ke is waqt tak participation hogi aur is waqt tak polling close hogi aur is waqt tak result announce hoga .. yahan meri request sub modes se ye hai ke agar time ki pabandi ka khayal nahi rakha ja sakta toe contest start karte waqt time period nahi diya jaye aur agar sub modes aur members time periods pe amal karne pe agree hain toe sarey kaam time ke lihaz se kye jayen.. mean contest ko time pe khatam aur result time pe announce kya jaye.. aur time period guzarne ke baad kisi bhi member ko participate na karne dya jaye aur agar kisi waja se karne dya ja raha hai toe us contest main pehle se maujood tamam members ko inform kya jaye with reason

2nd ye ke contest start karne ka ikhtiar un members ko dya jaye jo regular hon aur is ke ilawa without any permission of modes and admins agar koi member aisa contest start karta hai toe us ki contest thread ko on the spot delete kar dya jaye aur again is rule ko follow na karne pe us member ko banned kar dya jaye

well buddy nice sugestion,but is ka hal STAFF dhund rahe hain...n soon ap logun k liye rule banadia jaega standard urle...jise sab ko follow kerna parega

1st suggestion -- It is not a like board exam, little here and there should be accepted by all members unless anyone complains!!
2nd suggestion -- Deleting, Banning -sounds very strict and hard , rather you can make a set of rules in -- 'Creating Contest thread'

agar woh new members hai iska matlb ye nhi k unke
threads ya contests ko delete kiya jaye tm sab k liye hai juss
old members k liye nhi banaya gaya hai

tou start hi nhi karte jis ne start ki hai
eska matlb yahi hai k woh interested hai
agar new member ne contest beach mai chor
diya so admins hai woh bhi contest ko aage barha sakte hai
but unki threads ya contest delete karna
i think dats not fair its rude

thanks for bringing this issue. well, we have updated some rules this week. Ainda say hamesha ek say zada person contest ko organize kare ga/gi . Jis say result waghera bannay may help bhi mile gi or baqi sab bhi time par howa kare ga .. Inshallah.. If not let us know we will make changes.

I m not really agree with second suggestion, contest should be for everyone. Actually it depends. Jo beech may contest chor k gaye ga wo automatically eliminate ho gaye ga.

Don bhai 2nd Suggestion main maine kaha tha ke Jo Contest Start karta hai us ko beech main choor ke nahi jana chaye members ke lye toe contest hota hai main participate karne waloon ki baat nahi kar raha
