Aim
The basic aim of PNWA is to promote social, ethical and economic development of Naval community for its easy and respectable absorption into modern society.
Objectives
The main objectives of PNWA are:
To coordinate all welfare activities throughout the PN with a view to promote social uplift through the spirit of self-help and self-reliance amongst families
To provide financial and material support to the families of PN personnel killed or permanently disabled in action
To advise and assist the administration of PN Education and Health Institution
To establish economically viable and socially enviable projects aimed at the social and economic betterment of the families of the Naval personnel in general and of the widows and orphans of the Navy Shuhadaa in particular
To establish industrial homes, cottage industries, vocational training institutions, welfare shops, skilled development training centers, education enhancement institutions, IT training facilities, child care centers, and centers of learning and caring for special children
To provide financial assistance in unforeseen emergencies, education scholarships, home setting assistance for new brides etc
Providing special assistance/packages to the low paid employees of PN
