Pakistan is in dire need of intelligent, academically sound and knowledgeable leaders, and political representatives, who can take decisions on behalf of the people, in light of their commendable qualities. As a result the providers of civil services in the country are selected via an examination, now formally known as the Central Superior Services of Pakistan (CSS) which was made binding by the government in the year 1973, under Article 240. The examination tests students on a diverse number of courses, which vary in their content and difficulty level.Due to the ever increasing scope and popularity of the CSS examination, students belonging to the provinces of Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan are travelling to the bigger cities to prepare for the cut-throat examinations taking place in 2012.
