Make a dough with 3 1/2 Maida
1 cup powdered sugar
4tbsp Butter
2 packets of yeast ( total 8 tsp of yeast is required), Luke warm milk (as required to knead the dough)
Cinimom pwd 1/2 tsp
2 eggs
After making a dough cover it & lave it in a warm place for 2 hours or till dough gets double of its size , & before fring keep it in frige for 1/2 hour....
Spread the dough make 1 inch thick roti , with the help of cutter , cut the donuts & deep fry it ...
For Topping
Cream 100 grms, colored donuts chunks , 200 grams cooking sweeten chocolate
Melt the chocolate , then desolve the cream in the chocolate ,
now dip one side of donuts on to the chocolate cream mixture & sprinkle the Colored Donuts chunts over it ...before the chocolate on donuts get dry ....
