FRUIT CRUMBLE

INGREDIENTS
Either 1 tin of peaches or boil fresh peaches in water & 2 tbs lemon juice & 6 tbs sugar for about 20 mins till soft
Butter ¼ of a big packet (tikya)
Brown sugar 4 tbs
Desiccated (dried) coconut 1 cup
Flour (maida) 2-3 tbs
Oats (Dalya) 4 tbs (FJ used Quaker Oats)
Chopped pista

METHOD
1.Grease baking dish.Put the peaches in the dish
2.Separately, in a bowl, mix the butter, flour, coconut, oats & brown sugar.Mix well.
Sprinkle this on top of the peaches
3. Then sprinkle the chopped pista on top of this.
4.Bake in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 20 mins.
 
Top
