Me tm admin and staff ko ek suggestion dena chahta hun hope ap ko pasand ayege:)
Admin jaisa tm ke page me top 10 posters ke name hote hain waise agr ek din me kise bhe mem ne kitne posts kiye ek din me wo bhe page ke end me show ho jayen ke is user ne aj itne total post kiye jaisa ke
top ten poster of today and ek thread banaya jaye ke jis ke total post sb se ziyada hunge one month me use tm ki taraf se ek sheild diya jayega tu us se tm user me posting karna ka muqabla bhe hoga user phele se ziyada active rahenge tm par aur fun me bhe izafa hojayega
Hope ke ap ko mere raye pasand ayege:)
And top posters 5 hönge tu ziyada bhetar rahe ga

Hmmmm nice suggestion but always result will be same posting contest winner "NARBHAYO" :D and second Nelli and third one ke lea actual competetation ho ga. . . . Lets see what adminzzz sayzzz about it. . . .

bohot acha idea hai db but i think don sir k liye ye thora mushkil hoga kyun k age bhi bohot si new new things add ho chuki hain.
phir bhi dekhte hain.

sorry for a late reply... your idea is good.. but it requires couple of plugins to show top users... and rahi baat Awards.. to yeh already planned hai.. we just have some prioritized work... and I am pretty sure its in the list... Thanks for the suggestion... Soon you will see it in action.. Inshallah
