Spicy Lamb Chops with Spinach


Ingredients: Sukhi's Curry Paste 2 Tbsp.
Lamb Chops 6
Spinach 1 Lb. fresh, chopped



Method:

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Arrange lamb chops and spinach in it.
2. Add curry paste and 2 cups of water.
3. Cover and cook for about 40 minutes or until the lamb chops are completely cooked and the sauce is dry.
4. Serve with rice or Naan.
