As-Salaam alaikum,
The first verse or ayat in chapter 102 of the Holy Qur'an, Surah At-Takathur, reads:--
"You are distrusted by mutual
competition in amassing (worldly benefits)" (102:1)
This verse is so profound and powerful. It really makes you/us think, doesn't it? We all seem to be running for more gains, to make more money, to have more success... in a way that's fine, but is your balance right?
Do you read the Qur'an frequently, make time to learn more about Islam or is your gain for dunya taking much more time than it should?
