Triple choc muffins


Ingredients

9 oz (ounces) plain flour (sieved)
1 oz cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 oz white chocolate
4 & 1/2 oz dark chocolate (weigh out & then melt)
2 eggs
10 oz sour cream (put some lemon juice in ordinary cream)
3 oz sugar (You can add up to 4 & 1/2 oz)
3 oz butter (Weigh out & then melt)
vanilla essence- 1 tsp


Method
1. In a bowl, put the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda. Mix well.
2. In another bowl, beat butter & sugar. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence. Beat well.Add eggs one at a time. Beat. Add the sour cream.Beat.
3. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
4. Add the melted dark choc & white choc chunks. Fold.
5. Grease muffin tin. Bake at 200 degrees C for 20 mins
